Itinerary
Day 1 — Casablanca to Marrakech
We begin at the Hassan II Mosque, one of the largest in the world and built out over the sea, before the drive south to Marrakech. The afternoon is free to settle in and take a first look at the Jemaa el-Fna as it fills with food stalls and musicians at dusk.
Day 2 — Marrakech
A full day with a local guide: the Bahia Palace, the Saadian Tombs, the Koutoubia mosque and its gardens, and the souks that spread out from the main square — leather, lanterns, spices and textiles.
Day 3 — Marrakech to Essaouira
A relaxed drive west through argan groves to Essaouira, the walled port on the Atlantic. We walk the ramparts, the fishing harbour and the blue-shuttered lanes of the medina, and stay the night by the sea.
Day 4 — Essaouira to Casablanca
A last morning free on the ramparts or in the souks before we drive back up the coast to Casablanca for your onward journey.
